JAMB DEPTHS

Available Jamb Depths

• 4 5/8": Ideal for standard 2x4 wall construction.

• 5 5/8": Ideal for standard 2x4 wall construction with an extension to hide existing caulking lines.

• 6 5/8": Commonly used for 2x6 wall construction.

• 7 1/4": Suitable for thicker wall constructions but reserved for use with retractable screens and Out-Swing Sills.

• 7 5/8": Suitable for thicker wall constructions and ideal for standard 2x6 wall construction with an extension to hide existing caulking lines.

• Standard 1 1/2" jamb extension: Suitable for even thicker walls.

• Custom up to 5" jamb extension: Suitable for those very thick walls.

• 4 5/8": Standard post depth for 4 5/8" and 5 5/8" jambs, and optional for all other deeper jambs.

• 6 5/8": Standard post depth for 6 5/8" and all other deeper jambs.
